Dry skin: hydration in layers
The Korean trick for dry skin is simple: several light layers instead of one heavy cream.

Dry skin feels tight, flakes and can look rough. The Korean answer isn't a heavier cream: it's hydrating in layers.
The 5-step routine
- Gentle cleanser — avoid harsh foams. The Hyalugen Gel to Foam Cleanser cleans without drying.
- Hydrating toner — pat it in with your hands. Try the Phyto Plump Collagen Toner.
- Hyaluronic acid serum — draws in and holds water in the skin. See the Hyaluronic Acid 100.
- Nourishing cream — locks in hydration. The Peptide Ampoule Cream is rich and comforting.
- Sunscreen — every morning.
Tips that make a difference
- Apply products while your skin is still slightly damp.
- Avoid very hot water when cleansing.
- Exfoliate no more than once a week, and always gently.
- A sheet mask 2 to 3 times a week gives an extra boost, like the Joyful Time Mask Jeju Camellia.
